Saturday Nights Be Like…
My first stop was having dinner with my sister at CO in Durham. The new Hibachi Bowls got my attention, so I tried the steak hibachi bowl and it was DELICIOUS! Steak was cooked to perfection.
I got a Ginger Mule and she had Sake. We took it in to-go cups since we didn't finish it with our dinner. We were able to stay in the Southpoint social district and finish our drinks before heading to our next spot.
Bodega-Ish has been on my radar for a while and it was such a dope experience. The nostalgia hit me like a ton of bricks with all the classic candy and snacks that were available.
Brown Sugar was a whole vibe! The drinks were delicious and strong. The space is so dope and aesthetically pleasing. We got great photos even though it's dimly lit and the music was on point. I can't wait to back!

I’ve been craving maple bacon lately! I don’t eat it often but, when I saw the new Fall Menu at First Watch I had to try the NEW Maple Bacon Croissant Sandwich! Also got my Morning Meditation Juice.

I’m NOT a huge pumpkin spice lover but they have Pumpkin Spice donuts and pancakes on the Fall Menu! Y’all let me know how it is. Don’t say I never told you!

The Maple Bacon Croissant Sandwich comes with Million Dollar Bacon, a Jones Dairy Farm all-natural pork sausage patty, folded cage-free eggs, house-pickled jalapeños, aged cheddar and bacon apricot jam on a griddled buttery croissant round. It’s served with freshly seasoned potatoes.

I made some modifications due to my food sensitivities. No cheese, pork sausage, jalapeños or bacon apricot jam on my breakfast sandwich. I subbed more million dollar bacon in lieu of the pork sausage patty. I also had mixed greens instead of the seasoned potatoes. It was the BEST Maple Bacon croissant sandwich! 10/10

My sister also got me maple bacon donuts from Duck Donuts because I’m a BIG BACK! It was delicious! I’m nowhere near done with my bacon fix!
