Messages like this is what makes me happy and full of joy to be able to share my little slice of heaven on the St. Clair River with people. To provide a clean, safe, comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable space for people to enjoy their families and friends in this crazy, chaotic and fast paced world we live in today. To be able to relax and enjoy the water and nature and witness the large Freighters, It really is what most of us need. Tonight I smiled after reading messages from the young girls that stayed at my place. I feel truly blessed.

The Harts River house is running a nightly special for February and March... Stay on the beautiful St. Clair River, watch amazing sunrises while you enjoy your morning coffee. Watch the ice-covered freighters cruise by with the ice floating down the river. The views are amazing in the winter or the summer from the Harts River House. The nightly rates are $185 per night/ $40 per night discount for February and March.

Sometimes in life you meet people that you know have a genuine Heart and are like you. I had some pretty great guests stay at the Harts House this past week and they were incredible. This house was named after a 5 generation family, one of which I loved dearly. She was amazing and had a heart of gold. I love the name Hart because it embodies, love, peace and comfort. It was my goal to share those things with the world with this house. It brings me so much love, peace and comfort when I see it happen. I got a bit choked up today when my guest left me a gift...the sweetest little gift that will be passed down in my family.

Did you ever want to live on the water or see what it like to sleep next to the water and watch 1000’ foot freighters pass by? Now you can without the fuss of owning and maintaining a little piece of paradise.

The Hart’s River house offers waterfront living with a lot of history. This adorable updated 1800’s home offers 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms with the master located on the main floor with spectacular river views. Nice covered porch for relaxing with coffee and watching some of the most beautiful sunrises on the St Clair River.

The home sits on 2.78 acres for a secluded and private feel. The home offers 178’ of beach access for kayaking, canoeing and swimming. If fishing is your thing, we have some of the best walleye fishing right in front of the home.

Less than 2 miles from downtown St Clair and less than 4 miles from downtown Marine City. The 2 local towns have great restaurants and shopping. Perfect location for a fun family vacation.
