I am a certified expert with Antigua and Barbuda... YES THEY HAVE ALL UNCLUSIVE RESORTS, OVER WATER BUNGALOWS AND AN OVER WATER RESTAURANT the Bungalows I posted just to show that they have them,the ones pictured aren't in Antigua but are very similar
