I found this photo on Pinterest and decided to do my own. If you're interested in joining the crafting fun, I'm offering a kit for $42.

Includes:
Background plaque with fancy edges
50 birthdate circles along with hooks ($5 for additional 15 more)
Vinyl: customized title and letters for each month

You can pick and bring your own paints. I like the m&m color scheme on this one, with a different color for each family.

After considerable research, I've found that then names and dates are too tedious to do all in vinyl, so they can either be printed on scrapbook paper, cut out and decoupaged to each circle, or written with a sharpie or paint pen.

If you are interested, please comment with the number of plaques (any additional circle requests) and vinyl color request. I'm ordering the circles in bulk online for a great price, so I'll need some lead time to get supplies together and prepped.

Let's shoot for an April 19th craft day.

We just added gold and silver to our vinyl supplies. Don't forget the chalkboard vinyl, too! The possibilities are endless.
