The fall harvest is upon us in the Chippewa Valley, and that marks the limited return of our beloved orchard tours!

Starting September 6, the Northern Valley Farm & Orchard Tour will embark to Chippewa Falls and the surrounding area for an up-close look at some of the region's finest family farms.

On the tour you'll enjoy an apple cider donut or pick your own apples at the historic Connell's Family Orchard, then enjoy fresh samples at Family Roots Orchard. Depending on which date you choose, you'll also get modern homesteading ideas with a tour from Jackson Family Farms, meet a variety of animals (mini goats, camels, emus, and more) at Outlaw Farms, or create your own bouquet at the The McDonald Flower Barn.

Throughout our run of sold-out tours wading through the murky waters of Eau Claire's darker past, we've had two main takeaways.
