Warm destinations, cool adventures, zero stress. A Little About Me
If you want to see me light up, just start talking about travel or adventure—I’m instantly hooked. My love for exploring began with trips to Colorado in my early 20’s, visiting family and soaking in the mountain air. Eventually, I found myself escaping Wisconsin winters with annual getaways to the Caribbean. Over the years, I’ve ve
ntured to Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Panama, and my all-time favorite: a two-week adventure through Costa Rica. While I appreciate the ease of all-inclusive resorts, I’ve grown especially fond of smaller, tucked-away accommodations that offer a deeper sense of calm and connection. One of my most memorable experiences was a summertime cruise to Alaska with my sisters and mom—an unforgettable journey that sparked my desire to explore more of the world by sea. Whenever I arrive in a new destination, my favorite ritual is to lace up my running shoes and head out for a jog. It’s the perfect way to get a feel for the area, meet locals, and absorb the energy of a new place. Outside of travel planning, I work full-time as a Social Work Manager for a county Human Services Department. I’m deeply committed to building strong relationships with stakeholders and supporting my team of social workers so we can deliver the best possible outcomes for our community’s children. In my downtime, you’ll often find me squeezing in a workout or curling up on the couch with a pet (or two!) on my lap—we share our home with two small dogs and two fluffy cats. I love binge-watching a good TV series, and when I’m craving inspiration, I turn to National Geographic to dream up my next great (even if small) adventure. Becoming a travel advisor has been a long-held dream, and I’m overjoyed to finally step into this role that aligns so deeply with my passion. I’m eager to build meaningful connections, soak up every learning opportunity, and craft unforgettable travel experiences that bring joy and adventure to others.
