Big Jon’s BBQ is an on-site BBQ Catering Company, specializing in slow smoked BBQ

The owner, Jon Zawacki -Big Jon as we all call him, started slow smoked BBQing in the summer of 2003 after
seeing it on TV, and wanted to try it out. Since then he has been cooking for family & their friends, who have all
loved and raved about his food, encouraging him to keep going and try to reach more people with

his BBQ. In 2010, Jon, went into his first competition, Seaside Heights, NJ Que By The Sea, which was a learning experience
for him and the team. In just his 2nd competition, Barrington, NJ Barrington BBQ Cook-off, Jon placed second in chicken. In 2011, with the help of a friend, he decided to launch Big Jon’s BBQ. Jon wanted to pass on all his good smoked
BBQ to many others out there, letting them enjoy what many already have. We can either deliver food smoked and ready to serve, or bring our smoker and cook on-site at your next

Spent the weekend in Delaware lending a hand, and Bessie, to Finn's Finest BBQ for the Zack Lowe Benefit. I am glad I was able to be a part of such a great event for a lil guy who is fighting his battle with cancer. It was nice to see so many people out there who cared for him, and from what I heard, they raised a lot of money to help him with his fight.

If anyone will be in the Wildwood area this coming weekend, the Late Night Hoggers will be down there competing in the NJ State Championship BBQ. It is the biggest of the year for us, with 68 teams competing. Come by and support your favorite BBQ team and try some good BBQ!

Mouth watering ribs, chicken, brisket and pork, masterfully marinated and seasoned, then smoked for hours to the point of perfection. This aint just grilling, this is art! Who will be the Champion? Come witness barbecue teams from around the country show off their skills in a quest for the best. B

Late Night Hoggers took 10th overall this past weekend at the BBQ Cook-Off 4 A Cure in Hatfield, PA. Our next event will be the NJ State BBQ Championship in Wildwood, NJ.

This Saturday we will be in Hatfield, PA for the 2nd competition of the year. If you need something to do, come down and support the Late Night Hoggers and try some good Que. Adults are $20 to enter, but this gives you all you can eat from the pig roast they are holding, plus your entrance fee goes to the Delaware Valley Chapter for Childrens Hemophilia, so your helping the kids as well!!
