I just had the most amazing cruise onboard Seabourn Ovation! I am excited to share more about my Reykjavik-Dover itinerary.

First stop- the Blue Lagoon!

What many visitors don’t realize is that the Blue Lagoon is actually man-made! The lagoon formed in the 1970s from mineral-rich water released by a nearby geothermal power plant.

Over time, locals discovered the water’s soothing properties, and today it’s become one of Iceland’s most beloved attractions.

🎬 Movie Monday: Cannes Edition 🇫🇷 🍿

Last week, I had the chance to spend two days in Cannes... home of the world-famous Cannes Film Festival and one of the most glamorous destinations on the French Riviera.

Every May, filmmakers, celebrities, and creatives from around the world gather here to celebrate cinema, walk the iconic red carpet, and premiere some of the year’s biggest films.

I spent the afternoon on a "Flavors of the French Mediterranean" tour exploring the local market, enjoying fresh-squeezed juice, beignets de fleurs de courgettes (zucchini flower fritters), warm croissants, delicious French wine, and so much more!

At night, the city comes alive with star sightings, parties, and the nightly (complimentary and open to anyone) film screening on the beach.

Even when visiting outside the film festival season, Cannes is a great choice!
