The Busy Hiker Hi everyone, thanks for visiting. I love hiking and being outdoors but I also work a lot, own two businesses and am a single dad.

I decided to make a major effort to hike as much as I can and post about it. Hopefully this can help inspire you to get out.

Navaho Peak today, 7223ft up. 4200ft elevation gain and a 13.7mile round trip. Very tough, but the views were worth it

Hiked into Packwood Lake. Stayed over night and came back. Beautiful trip, and not too cold over night. Definately need to upgrade a few items though. Like new backpack, all wool blanket and 100% wool long Johns.
