The mountain changes shape in summer. The lesson doesn't. ↓

Winter drops you into commitment. You pick your line, you point it, and the mountain holds you accountable for every decision you made at the top.

Summer asks something different.
It asks you to do the work when nobody's watching. When there's no powder day energy pulling you out of bed. No conditions to chase. Just the trail, the heat, and the decision to show up anyway.

That's the season that builds the skier. The athlete. The person.

The ones who treat summer like it matters — the early trail runs, the long climbs, the earned patio beers at the end of a hard day outside — they're the ones who come back to the mountain in December with something different in them.

Not just fitness. Foundation.

Après All Day isn't a winter-only philosophy. It's what happens when you commit fully to the effort and then sit down completely in the reward.

All year. Every season. Whatever shape the mountain takes.

What does your summer version of all-in look like right now?

The lifts stop spinning. The culture doesn't.
Après doesn't hibernate when the snow melts. It just trades boot liners for trail runners and moves the patio table into the sun.

Summer in a mountain town is its own thing entirely. The crowds thin out. The locals resurface. The trails that were buried under four feet of powder are suddenly wide open and the same peaks that made you feel small in January make you feel alive in July.

The patio at the base lodge hits different when you've just climbed something instead of descended it. Cold beer after a long trail run in elevation is its own category of earned. The mountain town bar in summer is quieter, slower, and somehow better than peak season ever gets.

This is the version of après that the regulars know about and nobody really talks about enough.

Lace up. Get after it. Find the patio at the end of it.

Summer is not the off-season. It's the other season.

Something is changing this month.

New process. New clients. New way of delivering work that I'm genuinely excited about.

I'm not laying it all out yet — but if you've been following along, you'll want to pay attention this month.

What I can tell you is this.

The more specific I get about who I serve and what I actually deliver, the better everything works. Clarity isn't just a mindset thing. It's a competitive advantage.

This month is where it gets real.

If you've been thinking about working together — now is the time to reach out before the next round fills up.

What's the one thing YOU'RE building or changing this summer?

This is for the people who ski until their legs give out and then find the best seat at the bar.
For the ones who plan trips around the mountain town as much as the mountain itself.

For the people who know the difference between a good craft pour and a tap handle that's just filling space.

For the ones who linger over lunch on the mountain because the view is too good to eat fast.

For the early morning skin tracks and the late afternoon whiskeys.

For the road trips where the brewery is a legitimate stop on the itinerary, not an afterthought.

For the people who have driven four hours in a snowstorm and called it a great weekend.
For the ones who live for the cold air, the cold beer, and the moment at the bottom of the run when everything went exactly right.

Après All Day is not about the drink. It's about the decision to be fully present in the best parts of being alive outside.

The mountain. The town. The table. The people around it.

This is the life we cover. This is the culture we belong to.

Follow if this is your world. Share if you know someone it belongs to.

Some places you stumble into. Some places you go back to on purpose.

Schlafly Tap Room in St. Louis is the second kind — but it was a stop on the way to the mountain that turned into a two-hour sit-down because the beer was too good to rush.

The Pale Ale. That's the one. Clean, crisp, and balanced in a way that makes you wonder why more breweries don't just get out of their own way and let the beer be the thing. No gimmick. No novelty flavor. Just a well-made pale ale that earns every sip.

The building is an old bottling plant. High ceilings, exposed brick, the kind of space that feels like it was already a brewery before anyone decided to make it one.

If you're routing through St. Louis on a ski trip east or west — this is your stop. Not because it's on a list. Because it's genuinely worth it.
SchlSchlafly Beerou're doing it right.

What's the best brewery you've ever walked into completely by accident?
