For sale...quick turnaround...
We cleared the house out nearly to the walls at 85 Quail Run, Elmira. Thank you!!!!! I have just a few small items left to try to sell for the homeowner. The items must be picked up prior to Wednesday evening this week.

In the pictures below, you will see bags of childrens books. We had hundreds and hundreds of them, all sold with the exception of these. We have bagged them, selling at $10/bag. Each bag has atleast 17 soft cover and 8 hardback. Must purchase bags as we have them. There are some great books. Thats .40 cents a book.

Discount Day!

Good morning. Today is Discount and Half-price Day at the 85 Quail Run, Elmira home.

We had a great day yesterday with a steady flow of traffic. This morning we are consolidating and tidying up so please be sure to look closely if you are looking for something in particular.

A couple of years ago we did a sale for the property next door, this homeowner attended the sale and said 'when we move, I would like you to do our sale', so here we are.... We are still actively working this sale and will be right up until tomorrow evening. This has been the quickest that we've turned a property with only 8 days, therefore pictures are not as indepth compared to our typical.

Estate Sale Update.

Another day of organizing is underway, and this sale is shaping up to feature a diverse array of quality items. With several more days of unpacking and sorting ahead of us, the full scope of our offerings remains to be seen. Below are some highlights from today's efforts.

The sale will take place in the Quail Run neighborhood of Big Flats, despite having an Elmira address. Full address details will be shared next Wednesday. The event is scheduled for June 13th and 14th.

Our team is hard at work, unboxing, sorting, and organizing items for the moving estate sale on June 13th and 14th in the Quail Run area. The sale includes family items from a storage unit, promising potential surprises.

Moving Estate Sale....

We are nearing the date of our next moving estate sale. Unfortunately, we have not yet posted pictures.

The moving company is scheduled to leave the property on Wednesday, allowing us to begin preparations. The sale dates are June 13th and 14th, located in the Quail Run area of Big Flats. With only 8 days to prepare, our response times may be impacted.
