AM FOJAS & SON Construction is a Design/Build remodeling firm formed by Andy Fojas & Kris Fojas after working together for many years. The company was born out of the belief that homeowners are looking to invest in their homes for their own enjoyment as well as for a long-term increase in the value of the property.

By working hand in hand, Designer-Kris Fojas and Builder-Andy Fojas come together under one roof, to address design, floor plan modifications, aesthetic, feasibility and cost, all at the same time, saving our clients time, effort and money. this team approach creates a homeowner experience that is uniquely simple and stress-free.

We use high-end 3D design technology to help you visualize your plan. We don't hire designers, we are the designers. We are able to make design and rendering changes with you on the spot. We are able to expedite building permits in accordance to zoning laws and building regulations.

Andy Fojas a journeymen carpenter by trade, has 30+ years experience in construction in all phases of construction. Andy has built this company on the skill and expertise he brings to the table .
