Spotted this sweet combo on 's feed & had to race over to the Raspberry Festival in Lynden to try it. Tara is handing out samples & crumbling her dreamy raspberry dark chocolate toffee over vanilla + raspberry ice cream that you can buy just a few booths down. 😋 Honestly? Game changer.
