ANOTHER PRICE REDUCTION.... this has prompted a lot of interest and the showings are coming in strong. If you're interested or have questions, please let me know.

Just to answer some of the more common questions - this cabin is in a quiet little association about 1 miles from the boat launch at Sharon Road. There is state land just across the road for riding side-by-sides, hiking or hunting. There is only ONE home in the association that has a year-round resident - so it's pretty quiet.

We have updated the roof, flooring, well pump, everything has been painted, bathroom updated, and it's being sold furnished (minus a few personal items). The rental history is GREAT.

It will need new siding and windows eventually, but we've lived with it in its true rustic fashion since purchase in 2019.
