⭕🌏 Chris Brown, aged 62, and his son Mika, 32, have just become the first persons to swim through the waters of Point Nemo, the oceanic pole of inaccessibility!
Point Nemo is the furthest point from land on Earth (2,688 km or 1670 mi), so remote that the nearest humans during their swim were most probably astronauts orbiting above in the International Space Station, about 408 kilometers (254 mi) away.
Although the possibility of someone else having unknowingly crossed Point Nemo in the past cannot be excluded, it is very likely that the duo are also the first humans to have ever been there!
