Getting to fully experience Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa for myself, I can honestly say this is my favorite on-site Disney resort.
There’s just something about the atmosphere here that feels so special from the second you walk in. The lobby is absolutely beautiful, the music playing adds so much to the peaceful experience, and the entire resort feels calm, luxurious, and relaxing while still keeping that Disney magic that people love.
One of the biggest reasons I love this resort so much is the convenience. Being on the monorail loop is SUCH a huge perk, especially for families with little ones. The ability to easily get to Magic Kingdom and EPCOT without dealing with buses all the time makes a huge difference during a Disney vacation. I also love that you can walk to Magic Kingdom from here!
The dining here is another reason this resort stands out to me. Whether it’s a quick breakfast before the parks or a signature dinner experience, everything feels elevated. Every part of the resort truly feels like part of the vacation experience instead of just being a place to sleep at night.
After spending time here myself, I feel so much more confident selling this resort because I now fully understand the value behind staying here and which clients would truly LOVE this experience.
My ideal guests for the Grand Floridian would be:
• Families wanting convenience and easy transportation
• Couples celebrating something special
• Multi-generational families wanting a more relaxing trip
• Clients looking for a deluxe Disney experience
• Guests who enjoy upscale dining and beautiful resort atmospheres
• People who want their resort to feel just as magical as the parks
I also think this resort is perfect for guests who may have stayed at value or moderate resorts before and are ready to experience Disney on a whole different level.
The Grand Floridian truly feels like a resort where you can slow down, relax, and enjoy every part of your vacation instead of constantly rushing.
I completely understand now why so many love staying here, and it’s definitely a resort I feel excited and confident recommending to the right clients.
