🌟 WORK CAMPER SPOTLIGHT — DOROTHY & BRIAN! 🌟

We want to take a moment to recognize two people who have become so much more than just work campers here at Blueway — Dorothy and Brian!

Dorothy is always so pleasant, kind, and willing to help wherever she can. She is definitely the backbone of this duo and brings a positive attitude with her every day. We are incredibly lucky to have her!

And then there’s Brian… 😂 He can definitely be a handful, but he keeps us laughing and entertained! Brian is a man of many talents — he’s an excellent cook, can tackle just about anything you put in front of him, and if you haven’t heard him play the harmonica, you’re missing out! 🎶

Together, Dorothy and Brian bring hard work, laughter, personality, and a whole lot of heart to our community. They have become much more than work campers — they’re part of the Blueway family. ❤️

Thank you, Dorothy and Brian, for everything you do and for being such an important part of our community. We truly appreciate you both!

🏗️ Clubhouse Build Update!

Our exterior is really taking shape as the siding, stucco, and stonework continue to go up. It’s looking beautiful! Please note that these are not the final colors.

✅ A major milestone today!
We passed our electrical, plumbing, and HVAC rough inspections!

🔨 What’s next?
• Connecting the exterior plumbing to our system
• Powering up the electrical ⚡
• Beginning drywall installation

We’re thrilled to see everything coming together and look forward to sharing more progress with you!

🌀 HURRICANE SEASON UPDATE — IT HAS BEGUN! 🌀

Now is the time for all of us to start paying close attention. Please take a few minutes each day to monitor the tropics and stay informed.

Blueway will do our very best to monitor every storm and keep our community informed as conditions develop.

• Your evacuation/escape route
• Where you will go if an evacuation is necessary
• Fuel for your vehicle
• Water, food and medications
• Flashlights, batteries and backup power
• Important documents
• Plans for your pets
• Securing your RV and outdoor belongings

Being prepared early gives everyone more options and helps our entire community respond safely if a storm threatens Southwest Florida.
