Tucker and Frasier here to let me know it’s time to eat. I try not to make eye contact, but how can I not when they’re this cute? Tucker has an ouchie so he’s in donut head time out. How’s your week going? GIFs only!

Day 3 of Preparing to list your home Upgrade Lighting! This is your most cost effective upgrade for your home. Trade out the outdated fixtures, increase the lumens, and warm the color temperature. Small changes dramatically improve how a home photographs and how buyers feel when they walk in. Good lighting creates a high return and easy upgrade! Day 2 Deep Clean + Detail A spotless home photographs better and feels more valuable. Focus on windows (clean them inside and out) woodwork, flooring, grout, kitchen and bath surfaces. The goal is to make the home feel maintained and move in ready.
Focus on high impact areas. A deeply cleaned home signals care and longevity, and is the simplest ways to elevate perceived value before you list. Interior design by Lisa Teakell Design LLC, photography by Ellen Brantley Photography

Balance! Isn’t that what we all strive toward? Yesterday’s installation with that client that is not afraid of the challenges life brings embraced the white sofa! The room feels balanced and inviting, with the updated sofa grounding the space in a warm, cohesive palette. Pairing red and gold pillows that echo the tones in the striped armchair and the bold floral artwork, creates a flow that wraps one into the room. Natural light, mirrored surfaces, and organic accents on the coffee table soften the formality and keep the room feeling open and welcoming.
