Monday brunch for 30 people from Studio Becker in Alameda.
Shrimp ceviche, mozzarella and tomato skewers with pesto, spanish omelette, empanadas, gazpacho, cheese and charcuterie plates, fruits, salmon and shrimps canapes and warm brie, caramelized onion, serrano ham and asparagus "pintxo".

I know, I know... just one picture?
I accept volunteers to come over with me next time and take some pictures. I'm so busy cooking and serving that I always forget.
The menu for 50 people yesterday in San Francisco was:

Tapas:
• Piquillo peppers stuffed with prawns and mushrooms.
• Croquetas de cocido (chicken, pork and beef croquettes).
• Beef meatballs with almonds and saffron sauce.
• Spanish potato omelette.
• Warm brie "pintxo" with catamelized onion, asparagus heads and serrano ham.

Paellas:
• Seafood
• Chicken, pork and vegetables

Birthday party for 40 people near Golden Gate Park.
The Menu:
- Mushrooms croquetas
- Endives with blue cheese cream, caramelized pears and pistachios.
- Shrimp and mango ceviche
- Baguette "pintxo" with warm brie cheese, caramelized onion and asparagus with serrano ham.
- Seafood paella and meats and vegetables paella
