Lucy was a big, black, lovable lab. She was a part of the Wagalicious pack for over 11 years. She spent many days as an overnight guest at Linda’s home. She got along with all other dogs, big and small. She liked being outdoors in all seasons. Snow was a favorite time. She loved her food. Besides the regular doggie food, she liked her crunchy snacks such as carrots. She particularly loved her peanut butter filled Kong! Of course, being such a food lover meant she loved all other dogs’ food too. Linda had to be especially vigilant at feeding time! As Lucy aged, she became less limber. Playing with other dogs in the yard turned more into milling with them. Going up stairs was an issue. Fortunately, at Linda’s she only had the threshold to get over, no stairs. She did, however, always remain limber enough to get up on the loveseat to snuggle with Linda! Over the years there were many holiday bandanas. She also put up with Linda’s goofy props. Lucy lived a long life with a family who loved her dearly. They miss her greatly, and so do we at Wagalicious.
