Last month, H.G. Hill Realty Company celebrated a major milestone – 130 years of growing alongside Nashville – by bringing together family, friends, tenants, business leaders, and elected officials.

Founded in 1895, the company’s journey spans from neighborhood grocery stores to today’s Hill Center mixed-use lifestyle centers, while remaining proudly family-owned with one of the largest privately held real estate portfolios in Middle Tennessee.

As part of the celebration, and in partnership with Debbie Dickson and Sara Kavanaugh, Gathered at the Table was published - a collection of 130 recipes shared by the H.G. Hill community. Some have been passed down through generations, while others are already becoming new traditions.

Hope and redemption was the message at the 15th Annual Recovery Court Community Luncheon, which raised more than $56,000 for the 2-year, alternative sentencing program. Thanks Williamson Herald for your continued support and to Tennessean columnist, Brad Schmitt for sharing your addition and recovery story, alongside one of our 21st District Recovery Court graduates.

About 150 people celebrated the benefits of the 21st Judicial District Recovery Court during the program’s 15th Annual Community Luncheon at the Williamson County Enrichment Center on Monday, Oct. 20.

More than 600 people joined together in unity for a day of remembrance and service at Nashville's Meal Pack for 9/11 Day with Tennessee Titans at Nissan Stadium. Together, over 200,00 meals were packed for Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee, supporting their efforts to help families throughout Middle Tennessee facing hunger. Thank you to all the partners and volunteers for helping to turn a day of tragedy into a day of doing good.
