I hadn’t seen my brother since January, so spending the day together in Little Havana was exactly what I needed. Good food, lots of laughs, and quality time with someone who means so much to me.
Life moves fast, and sometimes we get caught up in our busy schedules. Yesterday was a reminder to make the phone call, book the trip, and make time for family. The moments we share with the people we love are the ones that matter most.

So grateful for our brother-sister bond and the memories we made. Family is everything. 💙

Had a wonderful dinner at La Rosa in Miami tonight! The authentic Cuban food was absolutely delicious, full of rich flavors and made just right. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was excellent. From start to finish, everything was outstanding. If you’re looking for authentic Cuban cuisine and a great dining experience in Miami, I highly recommend La Rosa! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Did You Know?? ✈️✈️

Nashville International Airport (BNA) has become one of Southwest Airlines’ 10 largest operations in the United States.
Since Concourse D opened:
• Southwest flights at BNA have increased by 15%
• More than 350 flights have been added
• Over 2,000 Southwest employees are now based in Nashville
• Passenger traffic at BNA has increased by another 8% this year
And now, the lounge wars are beginning.

American Express, JPMorgan Chase, and others are reportedly competing for a new 20,000-square-foot premium lounge space overlooking the center of the terminal. The winning bidder will pay at least $5.15 million per year in rent, with a 3% annual escalation over a 15-year lease.
At the same time:
• Southwest is building a $53 million lounge
• American Airlines is adding a new Admirals Club
• BNA expects another 1.9 million passengers this fiscal year
That equates to approximately 5,200 additional passengers per day moving through Nashville’s airport.
BNA is quietly becoming one of the most important growth airports in the United States.

No Judgment Zone: My Christmas Eve Workout Playlist Did What It Had to Do

I started my morning workout grounded and grateful, letting one of my favorite gospel voices, Marvin Sapp, set the tone. Nothing like worship music to center your mind, spirit, and body while you push through those first reps.

Now listen… to finish out that last mile, I had to switch it up 😅
GloRilla and Sexy Red came through and gave me the extra push I needed to cross the finish line.
