Although we are centrally located in Fredericksburg, VA, ICF’s commitment to our clients requires that we remain focused in a geographic area from Northern Virginia to Richmond so that we can offer

greater personal attention to your new ICF home. In addition, it allows us greater interaction with our clients which results in the details of your new home conforming to your own exacting standards. Due to the inherently energy efficient building methods used with ICF homes we can easily integrate renewable energy resources into the design of your home. When combined with solar photovoltaic (PV) cells and solar thermal collectors we can build a Net Zero Energy Home (NZEH). During the construction of your new home, you will be dealing directly with the owner of ICF Homes of Virginia. There will be no middle men to filter your concerns or questions. We will make ourselves available to you at all times during this important step in your life. Satisfaction with your new home is as important to us as it is to you. ICF’s commitment to our clients and our commitment to home building perfection is what sets us apart. The builder/client relationship (like all others) requires good communication.
