It's happening.

One day you look up and those ideas you had in your head, the ones you prayed for God to grant you the wisdom for, are right there in front of you.

There was a time where I learned to be careful what I wished for.

I remember praying for abundance only to be forced to my knees when I couldn't handle it.

I asked and God answered and it brought me to my knees.

Years later I'm surrounded by people who lift me up, people who individually are making this world. a better place.

Collectively we want to improve people's lives through real estate.

From affordable homes for our Veterans, to designing and building experiential retreats for people to get away from the stresses of their lives and remember what all that work was for.

The dreams have turned into plans. The players are in place. It's time to turn people's dreams into reality.

Life is just too short not to.

Signed an agreement today to develop an experiential retreat in NE Tennessee.

Image booking a stay in a cabin perched on a platform overlooking a 25 foot wide creek with the water cascading over the large rocks at the base of the Smokey Mountains.

I can almost hear it now. Ahhhhhh

I had the pleasure of attending a presentation today as a part of my being a part of the ReaL Military Division.

You'd think that after twenty years in real estate I would have heard it all but the presenter said something that I hear my lovely wife tell her clients in the Mortgage Loan business as well.

I can't want it more than you do.

In the last week I've spent hours putting together files for people that told me they wanted my help in selling their properties only to find myself having to follow up on them repeatedly.

One person even ghosted me after I did exactly what she had asked me to do. That's not only unprofessional but rude.

I was talking with a young Man I'm mentoring over the weekend and told him that when I work with Investors I ask for a retainer up front. It comes out of my compensation when a project is completed but I ask for something up front because of the hours of time wasted as I've given people exactly what they've asked for only to have them not do their part.

I attached the picture I did because even despite people talking vs acting I'm still rooted in service, integrity with a desire to make an impact.

This will be my best year ever.

I met with a Client who wants my help in designing, building and selling panelized houses.

They are looking to build not just one but several small factories across the country.

We surveyed one potential site for the factory in Knoxville, Tennessee after which he asked me if I thought I could get funding for it.

Well it turns out that in a addition to being a Licensed Realtor, Builder and Investor, I'm also a Commercial Loan Broker.

When I told him all the ways I could help him, his immediate response was "how many hats do you wear" to which I relied "As many as I need to in order to get things done".
