Important Update: Tejano Conjunto Super Cruise Event - Status
To all cruisers:
We are sharing this important and time-sensitive update regarding the Tejano Conjunto Super Cruise events, which was scheduled to take place aboard the Royal Caribbean Symphony of the Seas on October 4-10, 2026.
Our group worked with Rolando Galvez, Your Personal Travel Agent with Dream Vacations to organize these musical events. His agency was collecting payments for cabins and event tickets.
As of August 5, 2026, we have not been able to reach Rolando Galvez by phone, text to email.
(Rolando did send an email on August 7, 2026, stating that he can be reached by email for any concerns regarding event ticket refunds and/or cabin bookings.)
Despite repeated attempts, all communication channels have been blocked, and we do not have confirmation that the funds collected for your cabin have been properly applied to your Royal Caribbean booking.
Event tickets also have not been confirmed through Rolando, you can reach out to him at ([email protected]) or to his supervisor Marc Kramer ([email protected]) for assistance in recovering your event ticket deposits and/or refund of payments made through Rolando.
Because we cannot currently verify or access these funds, we are unable to guarantee that the event will proceed as planned, and we must inform you that Tejano Conjunto Super Cruise events have been cancelled effective August 7, 2026, in order to prevent further harm to the cruise event clients.

This decision was not made lightly or without cause. Rolando Galvez-Your Personal Travel Agent with Dream Vacations independently cancelled or altered event arrangements on August 5, 2026 without our authorization or advance notice, and subsequently stopped responding to our attempts to reach him by phone, text and email beginning August 5, 2026.
We were not informed of these changes in advance and only learned of them when he sent a WhatsApp message to the artist/bands followed by an email to the organizers and team members.
What we need you to do:��
Since Rolando Galvez is not a Royal Caribbean employee and payments were made through his agency, Royal Caribbean will need to speak to you directly to investigate your specific booking. Please contact Royal Caribbean as soon as possible:
Call Royal Caribbean Guest Services at 866-562-7625 or your bookings dedicated line.
Reference your booking confirmation number or the group booking number 8101082
Ask to speak to a supervisor if the representative cannot assist, and specifically request an investigation into payments made through Rolando Galvez, Your Personal Travel Agent with Dream Vacations
If you paid by credit card, you may also be able to file a charge back/dispute with your card issuer — contact them directly and reference the situation
Keep records of every call, including the date, time representatives name, and any confirmation or case number provided
What we are doing on our end:
We filed a report with the State Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division regarding the unreturned funds.
We are consulting with an attorney regarding the next steps.
We will share any additional information as soon as we have it.
We understand this is frustrating and disappointing news, especially given the effort and excitement around this event. Please know that we did not receive or hold your funds directly —payments were made to Rolando Galvez/Your Personal Travel Agent with Dream Vacations —but we want to support you in every way we can as you work to recover your money.
5 ticket sales were made directly through us and we will send your refund immediately.
If you have any documentation of your payment (receipts, confirmation emails, bank/card statements) please keep these safe, as you will likely need them when speaking with Royal Caribbean or your card issuer.
We are sorry this situation has occurred and will keep you updated as we learn more.
