In addition to delivering an outstanding performance, Angela is a certified project manager and consistently delivers even the largest, complex projects on time and on budget for our clients. Brian is a published author and speaker on topics ranging from leadership to customer relationships to data privacy and security. Before working in voice over, Brian helped hundreds of clients improve thier customer relationship by adopting state of the art customer service, sales, and marketing technology. Brian has extensive experience with companies in the consumer goods, high technology, oil & gas, and telecommunications industries.
