There are some travel experiences you can describe.

And then there are the ones that you really have to see for yourself.

The Great Migration is one of them.

Hundreds of thousands of wildebeest and zebra moving across the Serengeti and Maasai Mara. Lions watching from the grass. Elephants moving across the landscape. Crocodiles waiting in the rivers.

It is wild, unpredictable, and completely humbling.

And this is exactly why African safari travel has such a special place in my business.

My lifelong love of wildlife is a pretty big part of why I became so passionate about planning these trips. I don't just want my clients to visit Africa.

I want to help them experience it well.

The right safari destination.
The right camp.
The right time of year.
The right itinerary.

Because when wildlife is the reason you're traveling, those details matter.

And yes…watching this footage while working today has me seriously considering when I can get myself back to Africa.

Would the Great Migration make your travel bucket list?

There’s something about the Scottish Highlands that makes you feel like you’ve stepped into another century.

Ancient castles, rugged mountains, misty lochs, winding roads, and landscapes that seem to stretch forever.

Scotland is one of those places where I don’t think you should simply check off the highlights. The magic is in slowing down, choosing the right places to stay, and giving yourself time to actually experience the landscape.

And yes, I absolutely think a Scottish Highlands castle belongs somewhere on your itinerary.

If Scotland has been sitting on your travel list, maybe it’s time to move it a little higher.

Why should you trust a zoologist to plan your expedition cruise?

Because expedition travel isn’t just about where you go. It’s about understanding what you’re going to see when you get there.

As a former zoologist turned travel advisor, I bring a completely different perspective to planning wildlife and expedition travel. I understand the animals, ecosystems, seasonality, conservation, and the little details that can make a remote adventure truly unforgettable.

Whether you’re dreaming of Antarctica, Greenland, Svalbard, the Galápagos Islands, or another wildlife focused expedition, I want to help you choose an experience that fits what you actually want to see and do.

Your expedition should be more than a cruise to a remote destination.

It should be an experience that connects you with the natural world.

And that’s exactly the kind of travel I love planning.

Another 5 star review from clients who just arrived home from Sandals Negril in Jamaica, and this one means a little extra to me.

These clients were celebrating their 6 year wedding anniversary, but their trip was also something they had never gotten to experience: a honeymoon.

Six years later, they finally got theirs.

This was also their first international trip, which made it such an honor to help them plan their first experience traveling outside the country. From choosing the right all inclusive resort in Jamaica to helping with the details that make international travel feel a little easier, I loved being part of this milestone.

And now they’re home with wonderful memories, a 5 star review, and hopefully a new appreciation for just how much there is to see beyond the familiar.

This is one of my favorite parts of being a travel advisor. I’m not just helping someone book a resort. I’m helping them plan the trip that matters to them.

Whether you’re dreaming about a Jamaica vacation, Caribbean getaway, honeymoon, anniversary trip, all inclusive resort, or your first international adventure, I’d love to help you figure out where to go and make the planning process feel seamless from beginning to end.

Thank you for trusting me with such a special trip. And congratulations on finally getting that honeymoon!

My clients have been where you are right now. 26 browser tabs open. A dozen tours saved. Way too many bookmarked resorts. And approximately 47 opinions from people who have been there once. Meanwhile, I’m over here making sure my clients don’t have to deal with any of that ever again. I plan elevated international vacations for travelers who value clarity, thoughtful planning, and having someone who actually knows what they’re doing in their corner. If you’re already comparing options and feeling like you’re going in circles, send me a DM.you don’t need another browser tab. You need a travel advisor.

There are beach vacations… and then there are vacations where you arrive, see the water, and immediately think: “Yep. this was the right choice.” Beaches Turks & Caicos is definitely one of those places. That ridiculously turquoise water. The powder-soft beach. The pools. The Caribbean sunshine. And a resort with SO much to do that you can be as active or as lazy as you want to be. The pretty pictures are only part of the decision. I look at the rooms, dining, location, activities, service, what is actually included and, most importantly whether the resort is the right fit for the people traveling. That’s where my expertise comes in. Would you choose this beach for your next vacation? 🌴

Planning your first trip to Italy? 🇮🇹 Your first Italian adventure should be about more than checking the Colosseum and Vatican off your list. It should be designed around how you want to experience Italy. For one of my recent clients, that meant combining the iconic sights of Rome with her love of history, time exploring Pompeii and Sorrento, and a few days in Venice. Every stop had a purpose. Every transition was considered. And the itinerary was designed to allow time to actually experience each destination instead of rushing from one place to the next. Because there is a difference between booking a trip and thoughtfully planning the journey. That’s what’s Signature Planning is about. Creating an itinerary that feels intentional, seamless, and uniquely yours. If Italy is calling, let’s create an experience worth remembering.

🐋🦭 An entire itinerary dedicated to marine mammals?!

I think I just found my definition of heaven. 😂

Seriously… WHOA.

Quark Expeditions has an 11 day Antarctic expedition called Antarctic Marine Mammals: The World of Whales & Seals, and it is basically everything I want in a trip:

🐋 Humpback whales
🐋 Orcas
🐋 Minke whales
🐋 Fin whales
🦭 Seals
🐧 Penguins
❄️ Antarctica

AND you get to learn from marine mammal scientists, participate in citizen science projects, explore by Zodiac, and even use hydrophones to listen for whale vocalizations underwater.

I mean… COME ON. 😍

This isn't just an Antarctica cruise. It's an actual wildlife expedition, built around learning, exploring and getting closer to the incredible animals that call this place home.

And I don't know about you, but an entire trip centered around whales and seals in Antarctica sounds suspiciously like Amanda's perfect vacation. 😂🐋

If Antarctica has been sitting on your “someday” list, let's move it to the “let's actually talk about this” list. Message me to get on my calendar and make it happen!!

Because I would LOVE to plan this one. ❤️
