🇮🇹 There’s a side of Tuscany most travelers never get to experience.

And I want to show you the Tuscany I know and love. We’ll spend eight nights in a private villa in Chianti, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, and make it our home while we explore the countryside.

From Siena and San Gimignano to Pienza, Montepulciano and the beautiful Val d’Orcia, we’ll discover the places, w**es and flavors that make this part of Italy so special.

We’ll taste Chianti Classico and Brunello, go truffle hunting with a local family and their dogs, enjoy pecorino in Pienza, and have hands-on cooking classes with Chef Fabio, learning to make traditional Tuscan dishes like fresh pici.

Then we’ll sit around the table, share what we’ve made, pour some good Tuscan w**e, and enjoy the evening.

And you won’t have to worry about the logistics. I take care of the villa, transfers, reservations and all the details in between.

Standing in front of the stunning Cathedral of Syracuse in Piazza Duomo. It's amazing to think this beautiful Baroque church was originally an ancient Greek temple built in the 5th century BC. Such an incredible blend of history, architecture, and great company! 🇮🇹☀️

Looking back at our days at Villa Torrigiani in Lucca 🤍🇮🇹

The villa, the long dinners, the laughter around the table, the little conversations, and the beautiful moments we shared together… it all feels like yesterday.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who shared these days with me. You brought the laughter, the warmth, and the memories that made this journey truly special.

What a beautiful chapter that was. ❤️

🇹🇳 Tunisia, but not the Tunisia you’ll find in a guidebook.

I’ve been working on this journey for a long time because I wanted to show you a side of Tunisia that most travelers never get to experience.

For 8 days we’ll stay in our own traditional Djerbian houch, eat authentic local food, meet artisans, learn traditional crafts, and experience the customs that have shaped life on this island for generations.

Then we head south, into the Sahara.

We’ll explore the troglodyte homes of Matmata, the mountain village of Toujane, the ancient ksours of Tataouine, and the Berber village of Chenini places where history and everyday life still feel beautifully connected.

And yes, there will be plenty of incredible food along the way. From traditional Tunisian dinners to a private seafood barbecue on the beach at Flamingo Island, every meal is part of the experience.

This is the kind of trip I love creating: small group, authentic food, local traditions, hidden places, and experiences you simply can’t get from a typical tour.

🇮🇹 Spend a Summer Week in Puglia With Me

Puglia is one of those places that makes you slow down. Think turquoise water, warm burrata, whitewashed villages, long lunches, cold w**e, and beautiful sunsets. 🍷☀️

We’ll stay in a private trulli village with a beautiful pool. It’s the perfect place to relax during the hottest part of the day.

Then, when the sun starts to set, we go exploring.

🇵🇹 Portugal may not be the first place you expect to see me but trust on me, you’re going to love this one.

I found this incredible private estate on the Algarve coast, overlooking the Atlantic, and the moment I saw it, I knew I had to bring you here.

We’ll spend a week together with sunrise yoga, beautiful coastal adventures, local w**e, and of course, plenty of great food from my kitchen.

No rushing. No pressure. Just a small group, good people, incredible views, and time to slow down and enjoy life.

🔥 This is one of those Sicily trips I get really excited about. 🇮🇹

Every September, San Vito Lo Capo comes alive for the Cous Cous Fest a celebration of food, culture, and Mediterranean flavors.

We’ll make our home in a beautiful villa above Trapani for 9 nights and explore Western Sicily at an easy pace: Palermo’s markets, Erice, Segesta, Marsala, and Favignana.

And then we come back to the villa, where some of my favorite moments happen cooking together, sharing Sicilian recipes, opening a bottle of w**e, and enjoying the table with our small group.

Authentic food and W**e. Beautiful places. Good company. And Sicily the way I love to experience it. ❤️
