Now, for the most important part of any cruise, the food on Sky Princess! Best coffee at sea in my opinion! Butter pecan latte, yum! Surf and turf, instead of just lobster, delicious!
They also had a complimentary cooking class in the Theatre that ended with a tour of the main diningroom galley, something different for a large ship to have a cooking class, the chef and restaurant manager had a little comedy show going on. Recipes handed out to take home.

I am in love....with the Princess Medallion! It is a quarter-sized game-changing wearable gadget when cruising.
Hands full? No problem, it automatically unlocks your cabin door as you approach. Can't find your husband? No problem, locate him on the ship by either touching the wayfinders located near elevators or in the App by sharing your locations.
Want to order a drink at the pool but to lazy to leave your lounge chair? No problem, just place the order in your mobile app and the wait staff delivers it to you.
Don't want the cabin steward trying to clean your cabin while you are still in it? No problem, they now know when it's occupied or not making their job more efficient. We always came back after breakfast to a freshly serviced cabin.
Did you forget how to get to the buffet? Use the App that displays your location and directions to get there!
Don't want to wear it as a lanyard? No problem, the lanyard is free but you can purchase a different wearable device such as a wrist band, clothing clip, necklace, or carabiner at a low cost.
The Medallion also acts as a charge card for onboard spending and your ID to embark/disembark the ship. No more keycards!
Plus, by including your name and sail date, it serves as a nice souvenir after your trip has ended. I might turn ours into Christmas ornaments!

Still stuck in the airport....so here is Day 3 of our Universal trip. It was freezing in Orlando on 2/1/26 = the coldest day in 27 years. We made the best of it before heading to our cruise on the Sky Princess.

Since our flight home was just delayed, time to catch up on posting info about our trip. Our adventure in Universal continued on day 2 in an Epic way, the start of our day, the weather was pleasant. By the end of the day it was freezing. Having the Express Pass allowed us to get on every ride we wanted in Epic with minimal wait times, a park that often sells out due to its popularity. We walked by everyone standing in line, including 2 that had 180 minute wait times. The longest we waited in any line was 30 minutes, the rest were 5- 20 minutes with these wonderful passes. Worth every penny!

Our 3 day stay at Universal Orlando began with perfect weather, the ending, not so much. Investing in the Express passes and staying at a Universal Resort is the way to go.
