We have been throwing out and recycling window air conditioners. I have decided to stop doing this. We will now service them and repair then within reason then donate them to people who need them. Reach out to me if you have any units you need to get rid of.

Condenser coil replacement on a 3 year old Amana air conditioner. We did not do the original installation, we did however get the part for the customer under warranty saving them a few hundred dollars.

Sunday morning. No heat in a small commercial space in a shopping center.

This boiler looks like it's in bad shape. Truth is most of the rust was superficial. There is no real damage to the castings of the boiler and the efficiency of the system was still ok. Financially, replacing a boiler is not always an easy option for some people. This particular case we were able to save this boiler and the owner may see another 10 plus years out of it. We replaced the domestic hot water coil, resurfaced where the coil gasket sits and installed a new jacket. The rust marks on the door are just stains and are completely superficial.

When the temperatures are frigid don't try to keep the heat set lower in your house to save money. Trying to save a few bucks could cost you thousands. This is a broken heat line. It's froze because someone tried to save a few bucks. Expensive lesson learned. This was 1 of 3 breaks in the house. It only takes one heat line to freeze in you house to cause a disaster.
