o California, where it continued working on new residential construction, residential remodeling, neighborhood development, and commercial construction. Jose's son, Esteban (Steve) Sulgatti, a Cal Poly Construction Engineering graduate, co-owner and vice-president of the company, has been involved in multiple construction projects for the last 20-plus years. More recently, the company has been involved in convalescent home and school remodels, along with past and present experience including over 2,000+ remodels/additions as well as new construction of 5-unit condominiums starting from foundation excavation to roof and finishing with detailed construction.
