Join us for one of Dawson Community College's favorite traditions at 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐫 𝐋𝐚𝐤𝐞.

The Buccaneer Boat Regatta challenges amateur boat builders to design, build, and race boats made entirely of corrugated cardboard. Whether your creation is fast, slow, huge, tiny, practical, or completely outrageous, the goal is simple:

🍋 A Few More Lemonade Stand Winners to Celebrate! 🍋

Saturday, I was lucky to award these kiddos with our last couple of awards from this year’s Lemonade Stand Contest!

🏆 Judges’ Choice — Gage & Gunner
These two did a great job in all three areas our judges looked at — their business plan, lemonade, and stand! They put it all together and earned our Judges’ Choice award!

📋 Best Business Plan — Addley & Dayson
Addley and Dayson impressed our judges with the thought and work they put into planning their lemonade stand and earned Best Business Plan!

We are so proud of ALL the kids who participated this year. They worked hard, got creative, learned a little about running a business, and served up some pretty great lemonade along the way! 🍋

Thank you again to our wonderful business mentors who volunteered their time to help our young entrepreneurs, Superior Water, and In the Mittel for helping us make this year's contest possible.

And one more big congratulations to all of our young entrepreneurs! 👏💛
