Just got back from an amazing cruise, and one of my biggest priorities was staying mindful of my health goals while away. Since being diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes less than a year ago, I’ve managed to cut out 95% of added sugar at home—but traveling is a whole different ballgame!
To make sure I always had great sugar-free options handy, I packed a few of my own favorites to bring along, like these Zero Sugar Minute Maid Lemonade and Crush Orange Soda. Sometimes bringing a little taste of your routine makes all the difference!
