We are finally doing it, Clark!!! What are we doing, you ask? We are going sponsor-free. I have long believed that the ice fishing industry needs people who can provide open and unbiased opinions on products. While there are some individuals out there, there are not enough. I love fishing and I am passionate about teaching and informing others about techniques and products. So, follow us this winter as we share our adventures with the kids and give you our honest opinions on all things ice fishing! Let us know what you want to hear about as we travel the icebelt living the dream, we will be giving our opinions on gear, lakes, guides and anything ice fishing.

Sometimes in life we have to stand up for what we believe in and keep our integrity intact, even if it means walking away from a 14-year partnership. A lot of people do whatever and say whatever to get a view or a like, and trust me, it's hard not to follow suit. Keep your eyes forward and follow your gut! We have made some changes for this year and we are excited to keep Fishaddictions alive and thriving. The fishing industry is changing, and how people view fishing is changing.
