ch methods, photography study, critical thinking skills, architectural style identification and the development of Section 106 Reviews including: the determination of the area of potential impact identification of historic properties, determination of project effect and preparation and submission of reports and photographs to the State or Federal agencies. We also specialize in the development of Design Guidelines and the preparation of national register nominations and Federal and State Historic Tax Credit programs to help property owners preserve historic resources listed to the National Register of Historic places as well as those found in Certified Local Historic Districts.

Determining color choice is much easier when you find the original Rookwood Sash Green under four layers of paint. This is an original exterior door opening that went to the original south side porch. It was enclosed as a kitchen during the evolution but we uncovered it to tell the story.
