Mapping out the perfect route through Sweden + Denmark…
Planning a safari in Tanzania…
And tweaking the details of an Italy itinerary (because there’s always one more perfect hotel in Italy 😉)

It’s a little chaotic. It’s very detailed. And I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

This stop wasn’t on my personal wish list.

But on a trip to Costa Rica with fellow advisors, we visited a colony of leaf cutter ants—and it completely surprised me. What seemed simple at first turned into one of the most engaging, entertaining, and fascinating experiences of the trip, thanks to an incredible guide and some truly amazing little creatures.

It’s funny how often the moments we wouldn’t plan end up being the ones we remember most. A good reminder to always travel with an open mind.
