As we finish out our last day in Athens, I could cry a little knowing I have to part ways with this amazing group that I had the absolute honor of traveling with this past week. (A few are missing from the photo as well).

This was a mix of long time clients, high school friends, people I met at a musical festival, brand new clients, parents of my best friends, etc etc. We all came together as one and truly became a little travel family.

I truly had the most amazing time with these guys, laughed harder than I’ve ever laughed, learned there’s no such thing as TMI, and made memories of a life time. They are also by far the greatest karaoke squad I’ve EVER had.

I feel SO BLESSED to be able to do what I do and to create lifelong relationships with people in a completely different part of the world.

The world is so big, yet so small. And it does a phenomenal job at bringing people together as one. Please consider group travel once in your life and give it a shot. It’s changed my life in the absolute best way. Every time I think of the Greece, I will think forever think of these people first. And that, I am SO thankful for. 🌎🗺️

This stop was SOOO interesting, it actually blew my mind. We visited the Ancient City in Ephesus.
A farmer once was farming his land in Turkey, hit a rock, and the rock never budged. No matter how deep he dug. The government came out and realized there was an ancient city under the ground and dug it out! In these pics, you can see I’m currently walking in that ancient/hidden city! It will take them another 500 years minimum to dig the rest of the city out.

I was able to see how the Ancient Greek lived in this city. From the bathrooms, the market, the theaters, etc. It was all the original marble and stone which has lasted for centuries. St Paul from Bibical times was also said to visit here. It was just so mind blowing to me to know I was walking where such major history is being discovered. I highly highly encourage you to research on this if you have a few seconds!

We were able to see how Turkish women hand tie rugs on looms, how they acquire the silk cocoons from silk worms, and even was able to walk on a $18,000 carpet made only from silk.

After that we rode the very top of a mountain to see where The Virgin Mary is believed, by the Greeks, to have lived out her last days. They believe she journeyed from Jerusalem to Ephesus and lived in this very remote area with the Apostle John.

So much history here that it almost didn’t even seem real. 🏛️

MY MOST FAVORITE STOP, MYKONOS. 🌊

It was one of the most windiest, yet most beautiful islands I’ve ever step foot on.
From the food, to the cobble stone streets, to the most insane harbor views, it quickly became my most loved part of the trip.

I left a little piece of my heart here and will always dream of coming back.

Spent the day in Rhodes, Greece. 🏛️

We climbed to the top of Lindos Acropolis. Which is the temple built for the Greek Goddess Athena. 300 steps and a mile incline in 90 degrees weather. (My knees were absolutely DONE). But the view was stunning!

We also visited a pottery house, walked in the markets, visited the Medieval City, and tried a true local dish.

The start of the Greek Isle Cruise group trip!
We flew 10 hours into Athens. We checked in at our hotel with a view of the Acropolis from the rooftop.

That evening, we treated ourselves to a sunset/nighttime catamaran cruise on the Aegean Sea. The staff were amazing and the food was just as great!

Having such an amazing time with this group as a whole so far!
