May 3, 1989...Kelsey Smith was given to this world as a gift from God. Today she would have been 27. Tragically, she left too soon at 18. In honor of her birthday, Ronnie Philips Productions is humbled to launch this video, in conjunction with her family, Kansas State Senator Greg Smith and his wife Missey Smith. Greg holds the District #21 seat in Topeka and has been instrumental in many remarkable accomplishments. Here is their story. If this moves you like it's moved me, please share.
