rience in the travel industry. I currently have cruises 27 and 28 booked - I am looking forward to checking out Virgin Voyages and returning to the Disney Fantasy with my family next summer. I follow all of the major cruise lines, receiving email updates and participating in webinars. This is especially important during the rapid changes in the Covid-19 environment. The College of Disney Knowledge, Disney’s thorough and in-depth online training, was a magical learning experience, and the ongoing training I participate in keeps my "ears on straight!" There are so many, ever-improving options available to perfectly customize a Disney vacation to your family’s needs – I will be exploring and growing my knowledge base continuously. I also have experience at Walt Disney World (all 4 parks), Universal Studios in Florida, as well as Disneyland in California.
