SUP'n Girls SUP'n Girls is a non-profit organization made up of energetic people who have a common passion and enjoyment for stand up paddling. Anxious to get started?

SUP'n Girls offers you a way to experience all the benefits of standup paddling and more. SUP is a fun and very easy-to-learn sport, much easier than surfing and just as exhilarating. SUP is a non-impact sport offering cardio-vascular fitness, upper body strength, balance and core strength all while gliding seemingly effortlessly across the water. SUP is something everyone can do, and you can expe

rience the serenity and beauty of the natural world by yourself, with your family, or in a group. SUP boards and SUP instructors are availabe in many communities.

10 Sup Surf Commandments
1.Thou shall only SUP in the sea while wearing a leash.
2.Thou shall always keep a high level of awareness.
3.Thou shall stand up paddle with the utmost respect for other surfers.
4.Thou shall learn the basics of SUP on flat water first.
5.If you are new to SUP surfing, learn in an empty location.
6.A group of SUPers should never dominate a lineup.
7.In a lineup dominated by surfers, keep thy wave count to a minimum.
8.Don’t tower over surfers and constantly block the view.
9.Thou shall never be a wave hog.
10.Thou shall teach others to obey these 10 commandments.
