We are two adventurous families who love to travel, and it brings us so much joy to help others gain these experiences and memories with their loved ones. The company was founded by Steve and Greg, who met during their MBA program 12 years ago and have been close friends since. In 2019, they hatched a plan to invest in vacation rentals, and convinced their wives, Molly and Elena, to jump in. Durin

g the downtime of the Pandemic, the families found their first property in Pigeon Forge, TN and Wanderlust Properties was born. Molly and Steve live in Brooklyn, NY with their two kids (9 and 6 years old). City living is awesome, but they love getting out on the road and seeing the country. This past Spring Break, they did an RV trip to all the National Parks in Arizona. This summer, they are visiting the Rocky Mountains, and going on some adventures in Moab, Utah. Elena and Greg live in Madison, WI with their two kids (5 and 3 years old). We enjoy sharing our vacation properties with others. Let us know what you loved about your stay in your review. Our process is to find locations and properties that we would love to stay at ourselves on a regular basis (which we do), and are conducive to families. You will notice our properties tend to be away from the main entertainment areas in our markets, opting for quieter locales, but still close enough to easily access the amenities of the area. We stock our houses with games and toys, and try to provide recommendations for fun family activities. Our philosophy is simple: we ask ourselves what would be our family's needs in this house? Then go from there. This is truly a family business. Everyone does a bit of the work, including the kids! They love going through their old books and toys to donate to the houses, help get the houses ready to rent, and the older ones are even helping with some basic accounting and digital work. Those Minecraft skills are coming in handy! But enough about us. How can we help you?

Flora-Bama will open at 11 for Kenny Chesney broadcast: Show will be projected on two stages and on all TV’s

The Flora-Bama has announced that this Saturday’s (April 18) Kenny Chesney concert broadcast from the Dome at the Flora-Bama will start at 3 p.m., with the doors opening at 2 p.m. Ages: 21 and up.

The live concert from the Flora-Bama will go out live to the world to mark 10 years of Chesney’s No Shoes Radio SiriusXM channel.

There are no tickets available for the concert, but the Flora-Bama will open and musicians will start playing at 11 a.m. (21 & older).

Bands will play on the beach stage, main room and tent stage before and after the live broadcast.

Live music will pause on the tent stage and the main room to broadcast Chesney via live feed on a large projector screen.

"After ten years, we needed to do something that captured the sea salt, the joy, and all the memories in our music," Chesney said in a press release. "What better place than inside the Flora-Bama?"
