We are grateful to report that Kiva Dunes was fortunate to have weathered Hurricane Isaias without any substantial damage identified at this time.

Our team is continuing to assess the property and surrounding areas to ensure everything is safe and secure. While these inspections are still underway, we are pleased to share that initial reports have been very encouraging.

Our thoughts and prayers remain with our neighbors to the east who were not as fortunate.

Hello, October. 🌅
While much of the country is reaching for sweaters, we’re soaking up golden sunsets, warm Gulf breezes, and a little more room to breathe.

October is one of our favorite times of year at Kiva Dunes. Beautiful days on the course, quieter stretches of beach, and evenings that remind us why fall on the Alabama Gulf Coast is something special.

Here’s to a beautiful month ahead.
