I hear this ALL the time, so I’m here to set the record straight… I do SO much more than Disney! 😂

When you’re booking a cruise, it’s easy to get caught up in the ship.

Here’s the breakdown:

Guests can save up to $250 per night on select 4-night, 4-day room-and-ticket packages at select Disney Resorts.

📅 Travel dates: Select nights January 3 – July 28, 2027

This is a great option if you’re looking to bundle your Disney Resort stay + park tickets together.

✨ SAVE UP TO 25% ON DISNEY RESORT ROOMS

Guests can save up to 25% on select Disney Resort rooms during select nights:

This one is perfect if you already have your park tickets figured out or want more flexibility with how you purchase your vacation.

Bluey’s Wild World at Animal Kingdom: Is it worth it?

There are definitely some mixed opinions out there about Bluey’s Wild World, so I wanted to share what my family actually thought after experiencing it on our recent Disney trip!

First, I have to preface this by saying my kids are HUGE Bluey fans. So for us, this was a priority and we were willing to make time for it over some other things.

One thing we definitely didn’t take into account was that there are TWO wait times to pay attention to — the wait for the train AND the wait to see Bluey.

When we saw that Bluey was showing a 15-minute wait, we assumed that included the train… nope! 😅 The entire process ended up taking us over an hour from getting there, doing the dance party, exploring, waiting for the train, and eventually leaving.

And our train was SO delayed that Cast Members actually started handing out water bottles to everyone waiting.

So… was it worth it?

For our family, ABSOLUTELY. 💙

My kids LOVED every second of it, and honestly, we had so much fun watching them have such a great time.

Just keep in mind — this is NOT a traditional meet-and-greet. You aren’t waiting in line to take a picture and give Bluey a hug. Instead, you get to dance with Bluey and Bingo, play games, and interact with them. And of course, the fan favorite… Keepy Uppy! 🎈

Would I recommend it for everyone? Probably not.

If your family isn’t really into Bluey, I would personally skip it and use that time for some of the other amazing experiences Animal Kingdom has to offer.

But if you have little Bluey lovers like we do? I think it’s absolutely worth doing at least once!

Is the Disney Dining Plan worth it? Let’s talk about it!

On our most recent Disney World trip, our family decided to take advantage of the Disney Dining Plan—especially because our kids were able to eat for FREE with the promotion we booked!

There are two dining plan options, and we went with the Disney Dining Plan, which included for each night of our stay:

✨ 1 refillable resort mug
🍿 1 snack credit
🍔 1 quick-service meal
🍽️ 1 table-service meal

And because I’m a travel agent AND a person who likes to know where our money is going 😂, I kept track of everything!

We paid $1,183.04 for our dining plan… and we used over $1,963.14 worth of food! 🤯

That means we got $780.10 MORE in value than what we paid—which basically felt like free food for our family!

We absolutely loved having the dining plan. It made meals feel a little easier because so much was already accounted for, and it was fun knowing we could enjoy some of the Disney restaurants without worrying about each individual meal adding to our vacation budget.

BUT… I definitely don’t think the dining plan is for everyone. Depending on your family, how much you eat, where you like to dine, and your vacation style, paying out of pocket can sometimes make more sense.

📸 One thing our family NEVER goes to Disney without… Disney PhotoPass! ✨

These are some of my favorite photos from our Disney trips, and I love that I don’t have to worry about who’s taking the picture or trying to get everyone in the shot. We can all be in the memories together! ❤️

One of my biggest tips: If you know you want PhotoPass, add it BEFORE your trip! It’s less expensive when you purchase it ahead of time than waiting until you’re already at Disney.

And trust me, with all the magical moments, character meet-and-greets, ride photos, and fun photo spots throughout the parks, you’ll want those memories to take home with you!
