The Denison Homestead in Mystic has its Annual Daffodil Festival begining tomorrow. Just 54 minutes from the Cottage, the homestead will get you excited about Spring with the thousands of Daffodils in bloom. Museum Tours available Monday - Friday from 11 am - 3:00 pm. Tour the historic Pequotsepos Manor, watch staff demonstrate open-hearth cooking, and take a hike on one of the many trails through 170 acres of woodlands and meadows. Bouquets of daffodils and other daffodil merchandise will be available for purchase in the Homestead’s gift shop. Complimentary lemonade and cookies.
