We had some very special old friends from Clinton River Boat Club surprise us with a visit to Superior Scoops and Superior Hardware - Grand Marais, MI - goodness, what a treat it was! ❤️

One of our favorite parts of living in a tourist town is seeing familiar faces from different chapters of our lives walk through our doors—and getting the chance to catch up, laugh, reminisce, and make a few new memories along the way.

Turns out some of the best things served at Superior Scoops aren’t just ice cream, sweets, and subs - but unforgettable hospitality and memories too! 🥰

🚨 Margarita Party Update! 🚨

Before you hit “Place Order” on that Amazon cart… hold up! 🤠🌮🍹

Your events coordinator changed their mind and switching the theme to Tex-Mex for 08/22/2026 cookout!

What’s the difference?
🌵 Tex-Mex: Think cowboy boots, denim, fringe, turquoise jewelry, bandanas, cowboy hats, plaid shirts, and a little Western flair.
🌺 Mexican Fiesta: Bright, colorful dresses or skirts, embroidered tops, flower crowns, vibrant accessories, and festive colors.

BUT if you’ve already bought your outfit or already have something super cute picked out for the original theme, we definitely want to see it!

If enough people have already shopped, we may just make it Western vs. Fiesta and let everyone rock what they’ve got!

Can’t wait to see everyone’s outfits! 🤠🌮🍹❤️
