I was sick all dang weekend. So instead of doing housework when I finally started feeling a little better on Sunday... I decided to dust off the sewing machine and whip out a couple stockings for my kids lol Never made them before, but I don't think they turned out too bad. 💁🏻‍♀️

Went on a trip last weekend and started on a new project, a blanket for baby boy (due December). Not exactly Bears colors but the yarn is soft 😆 Hopefully I can find some time to work on it some more this weekend.

Tried my hand at sewing a bag to protect my book when I throw it in my purse. I customized the dimensions, but they are off a little bit. My book barely fits in it lol But my next one should hopefully be better :)

Taking a break from crocheting and have been reading reading reading! lol I'm trying to get through Wizard's First Rule before the end of the year, and I can't seem to put it down to do anything else! It is probably because I liked the show Legend of the Seeker so much (it was based on the book I'm reading). Hopefully I can get some Christmas crafting done soon, but we shall see! :D

I'm still working on the black and red shawl, but I saw this yarn at Walmart this weekend and just couldn't pass it up!!! 😊 I am totally in love with it! It's Red Heart Boutique Unforgettable and the colorway is winery. It's lovely to work with and very soft. There was a tie between the winery and stained glass, so I had my daughter (1.5) decide which one she liked best ;)

Started working on the virus shawl last night. I don't have any fi*****ng yarn, so I'm using Caron simply soft in red and black. I've never made anything like this before, so we shall see how it turns out!
