Today marks Travel Advisor Appreciation Day!! Last week I had the incredible opportunity to spend time with my fellow Enchanted Traveler advisors at our annual conference.

We learned about:
- new opportunities to expand our offerings to clients via a number of fantastic travel companies (more to come on that soon!)
- we learned from each others experiences planning Disney travel
- had hands-on park time to help make our itinerary planning even better
- and just generally celebrated how grateful we are to do this job every day.

I always come back from conference with more knowledge and a contagious enthusiasm that is unmatched in any other area of my life. These women are so welcoming, caring, and generous with their time and insight.

Today I celebrate and thank them!

Hollywood Studios opened on this day in 1989! Last week, I spent a morning enjoying some of my favorite rides and entertainment there.

- It started with characters! Loved seeing Bert and the penguin from Mary Poppins!!
- Then I was off to Rise of the Resistance where I skipped the standby line for single rider and was on in no time!
- Next up another of my favorites: Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway
- My first time riding Alien Swirling Saucers
- The fantastic Villains show
- Tower of Terror 😱
- And Chip n’ Dale

That was just the morning! 😅
Tomorrow I’ll fill you in on an afternoon at Epcot.

Highlights of day 1 of my Walt Disney World adventures for the annual Enchanted Traveler conference:

- checking out Riviera Resort with its incredible French atmosphere
- a gorgeous Rapunzel mosaic
- Mickey & Minnie artwork in Topolino’s Terrace
- where we enjoyed dinner (starting with ricotta with tomato jam)
- stepping on to Topolino’s terrace for Epcot fireworks
- a stroll along the boardwalk at Disney’s Boardwalk Inn
- drooling over Cake Bake and wishing we had a reservation 🍰😭
- and enjoying some live entertainment to close down the night.

All done after flying in at almost 5:00pm!!!

I returned home late last night after a whirlwind 6 days in Orlando. I have so much to share - but until I get all that in order, I’ll share this: a crazy squirrel in Epcot having a fine time on his own. 🐿️😂 Even the squirrels want to partake in the fun!!
