Our love for southern Utah was the catalyst to stretch our business to beautiful St. George is conveniently located near the many natural wonders of southern Utah, most notably Zion National Park. Principal Broker, Jon Rawle, is a lifetime Utah resident raised at the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon and graduating from Brighton High School. Jon earned a Bachelors of Science Degree from Brigham Young University and worked in management for Franklin Covey Co. before his career change to real estate. Jon has worked as a real estate professional for over 16 years. Jon's real estate experience includes a decade of sales experience with Utah's largest homebuilder achieving multi-million dollar annual sales every year and being recognized as the #1 Sales Consultant among a sales team exceeding 80 agents. Jon also gained valuable experience as an Asset Manager for a large Salt Lake City based Asset Management Firm specializing in REO (bank owned) & foreclosed properties. As an Asset Manager, Jon managed the rehab or rebuild of about 100 properties at a given time assuring the preservation and improvements of both physical condition and market value of each of the properties. For the past 6 years as principal broker & owner of Lone Peak Real Estate, Jon has focused primarily with property acquisition (with investing partners), renovating, reselling and property management. Some acquired properties have been held and used as vacation rentals with Lone Peak Real Estate doing the property management earning "Superhost" status with Airbnb.
