🎄✨ Planning a Big Family Christmas? Here’s How I Keep Ours Organized (Without Losing My Mind!) ✨🎄

Every year I help plan our big family Christmas — 80+ people, tons of food, and even more fun — and these are the things that make it run smoothly:

✅ Use a Sign-Up Sheet or Menu Tracker – We learned quickly that without one, we end up with five green bean casseroles and no rolls.
✅ Split the Menu by Category – Main dishes, sides, desserts, drinks — let people choose what they bring.
✅ Delegate Everything You Can – One person for drinks, another for setup, someone for cleanup. Don’t do it all yourself.
✅ Plan the Setup – Tables, chairs, crockpots, serving utensils, labels… it all matters!
✅ Make It Fun – Hot cocoa bar, family bingo, or a selfie spot — small things that make it memorable.
