This spirited retreat combines yoga, pole fitness/dance, and super fun excursions for a well-rounded adventure, aiming to help you find your flow, whether that be on the pole or in daily life.

We will spend 10 days/9 nights in the Cascais region of Portugal. Most days will begin or end with a rejuvenating yoga practice led by Laura, while the remainder of the day will be filled with a mix of pole workshops, exploration, culinary treasures, cultural activities, self-inquiry, reflection, and more!

All 5 of the 2-hour pole workshops will be held at Pole Dance Palacio, a beautiful local studio space just a 10 minute drive from our hotel. Geared towards polers with some experience under their belt, but also just fine for those with a recent beginning (as long as this isn’t your first experience with pole), this intensive is all about working towards your dream goals as well as learning how to master that elusive flow.

Space is limited to 10 participants, so reserve your spot with a $700 deposit today!

Day 9: Athens to Pallini

We had a leisurely morning at our AirBnB, enjoying the fantastic rooftop view (spy the Parthenon in the background). Some sipped coffee, while others took advantage of the whirlpool bath until it was time to leave. It was absolutely delightful.

Our transport van arrived to carry is to our final destination, an adorable, boho-chic boutique near the airport Mikelina boutique

Once settled in, we enjoyed the space forl a bit before making our way on foot to a fun, nearby restaurant called Tratorio Pinokio. We chatted over lunch about all the fun memories we had created, what we were taking away with us, and the things we would miss most about Greece.

We spent our remaining time together at the hotel, enjoying the pool, the sunshine, but most if all each other's company. Though we weren't yet ready to part, the time had come to say goodbye. After a group dinner, we said our farewells, hugging extra tight, before making our way to bed to get some rest for the following days departures.

What an epic trip it was indeed. Though we are physically leaving Greece, the memories made here will last a lifetime. 🇬🇷

Day 8: Poros to Athens

We started the morning with some much needed BOGA. Captain decided to join us in the practice, which was extra special since it was his very first time experiencing yoga. He did great!

After yoga, we enjoyed another delicious breakfast on the boat, prepared by chef, before heading out for some last minute shopping and morning gelato in Poros. 😋

We had a bit of a journey ahead of us, so we finished up and headed out on our return to Athens. It was a bit of a bumpy ride, but we distracted ourselves with some entertaining games and a bit of wine. We danced, we sang, and we laughed about all the good times we'd had.

We made a final stop for one last dip in the sea, soaking up as much of the Aegean as we possibly could before we had to leave and make our way back to port in Athens. It was bittersweet, as we knew our adventure was coming to a close and had to bid farewell to our newfound friends Ilias Pardalis and

Once on land, we packed up all of our things and said our goodbyes. What an amazing week at sea! Everyone decided they could use a hot shower and a real bed, so we opted for a large AirBnB for the evening.

We decided to split ways for dinner, as we were all on different schedules, but somehow managed to end up at the same restaurant anyway, despite the thousands of available options. After our bellies were full, we hit our beds with happy hearts for some much needed rest.

Day 7: Hydra to Poros

We awoke in Hydra to the hustle and bustle of another eager morning on the docks. After some cappuccinos, and a quick venture by some to one of the oldest and most photographed pharmacies in Europe (Rafalias Pharmacy), we pulled anchor and set sail for Poros.

We stopped about halfway through the journey for a much needed reprieve from the rocking and swaying tides to take a refreshing dip in the ocean. Some couldn't wait to jump in head first, others took the SUP out for a spin, while a few stayed aboard to sun bathe. After the rejuvenating stop, we continued the journey, arriving at our next port, just in time to secure the very last boat slip. Luck would have it that another sailor failed to show up to claim their spot, so once again, we had a front row seat to the action, this time in Poros.

After some lunch, we hit the ground running. We decided to check out a couple of nearby beaches. Some took a taxi while the rest hopped on scooters and ATVs to get there. One of the beaches had a giant inflatable slide with a wipe out course, so we wasted no time scrambling to the top, screaming and laughing....all of which was highly entertaining for those still onshore.

On the way back to town, those who had rented wheels decided to take a scenic drive up to the ruins of Poseidon's Sanctuary. Though all that remained of the temple were the ruins, the view from the top was absolutely spectacular.

After everyone had cleaned up, we made our way by foot to a local restaurant for a delicious group dinner, walking along the edge of the water and taking in the incredible sunset colors.

After some gelato and shopping, and back on the catamaran, we prepared to call it a night. Of course the day wouldn't be complete without a competitive pull-up challenge to wrap things up. Then it was off to sleep to prepare for our final day at sea. 😴

Day 6: Monemvasia to Hydra

A huge shoutout to our captain and chef, who got up at 1:30 a.m. for our planned early departure to Hydra! It was about a 6 hour ride, and leaving early was the only way we could secure a spot in the harbor before it filled up. Thanks to them, we had a front-row seat to watch the island wake up…locals grabbing Freddo cappuccinos, shops opening, donkeys reporting for duty, and the town coming to life right in front of us.

After breakfast, we set out to explore all that Hydra had to offer. We shopped, wandered, and one person even climbed all the way to the top of the town to see the place Leonard Cohen once called home. The sun was HOT, so we spent the next chunk of the day at the beach. Some took a water taxi, while others made their way by foot to a beautiful cove with loungers. The rocky beaches made water shoes a must! We decided to give our chef a well-deserved afternoon off and enjoyed lunch on shore.

We wrapped up the day with dinner at a oceanfront restaurant called Sunset, and (true to its name) we had a front row seat to watching the colorful sun dip into the sea. We ended our night with a walk back along the street, dipping in and out of the unique shops, finding the perfect gelato spot, and listening to a live concert along the water. Pure bliss.

Day 5: Fokianos to Monemvasia

We awoke to the peaceful sounds of nature before starting our day with BOGA (boat yoga)! It took a bit of balance and maneuvering, but we managed to figure it out, and it felt amazing to stretch and move our bodies!

With a short window before departing Fokianos, one especially eager volunteer made a quick dash to shore to fetch freddo cappuccinos, just in time before we set off for our next destination a few hours away.

We arrived in Monemvasia, aka the “Gibraltar of Greece”, a medieval fortress town carved into a massive rock off the Peloponnese Peninsula. Once in town we took the bus up to the entrance of the walled city (accessible only by foot through a single gate) where we enjoyed the shops and slowly ventured off to make our own way.

Some of us found a quiet spot by the water with a freddo cappuccino, others headed straight into the maze of winding cobblestone pathways, climbing all the way to the top, while others took the long route - finding dead ends and petting cats along the way.

100% worth the climb, those who ventured up witnessed the stunning views of this small mideval town overlooking the Aegean Sea from the fortified upper town with ruins and the 12th-century Church of Hagia Sophia.

We ended the day together with a delicious Greek dinner right by the water, then continued our nightly tradition: the hunt for the sweet treat. Sweet treats in hand, wandering and laughing together on our way to home sweet catamaran - we end another unforgettable day - excited for our adventure tomorrow.

Day 4: Spetses to Fokianos

Another bright and sunny day in the beautiful Saronic Gulf brought a little flexibility and a lot of adventure! During our family meeting the night before, we decided to adjust our itinerary so we could spend more time in Spetses. With a cave to explore and scooters to rent, it felt like we hadn’t experienced enough of this island yet.

After breakfast, we headed out to rent ATVs and scooters and set off to circle the island. Our destination was hidden Bekiri cave, about halfway through the route. Finding it turned into a bit of an adventure, but it was worth the effort! We celebrated with freddo cappuccinos on the beach, a swim in the crystal-clear turquoise water, and a quick peek inside the cave.

From there, we continued around the island, soaking in the incredible coastal views before making our way back to the catamaran. Then it was time to set sail for Fokianos, just a couple of hours away.

At Foikianos there was no port, just a protected cove, a restaurant and a pebbly beach waiting to be relaxed on. We made our way to the beach by way of swimming, paddle board and dinghy and relaxed until it was time for dinner. Dinner on the beach surrounded by friends, the Aegean Sea, and the stars. Not a bad way to end to a Monday.

Greece Sailing Adventure Retreat
Day 3 - Aegina to Spetses

After a night of being lulled to sleep by the lapping ocean waves, we awoke in Aegina to our first morning on the catamaran.

We had the option to hike up to the nearby Temple of Aphaea before leaving - a 30 minute walk that turned into quite an uphill climb we definitely didn’t expect. The view at the top overlooking the marina and coastline made it absolutely worth it - plus we were looking forward to the breakfast that awaited us on the catamaran.

Back on board, our chef had some super yummy avocado toast ready for us. We chatted about our morning adventures and the day ahead, as our skipper prepared for departure. Once breakfast was finished, we set off for a 5-hour sail to Spetses with a swim stop in the middle to break up the ride.

We got to the island around 5pm, spent the evening walking around and exploring before hadlving dinner at a lovely restaurant on the water. In need of a sweet treat, we stopped at an amazing bakery and ordered one of everything before heading back to the catamaran to plan for the next day.

Not a care in the world, we hit our beds with full bellies and joyous hearts.

Three Peas Adventures - Greece Sailing Adventure Retreat - Day 2

Today started with an early morning trip to the Acropolis. Judging by the crowds, it seems to be on everyone’s Athens itinerary! It was pretty amazing to finally see up close what we’d been looking at from all over the city. At the top sits the Parthenon, a temple built in dedication of the Goddess Athena, protector of Athens. It has since become a symbol of democracy and the foundations of Western civilization. The views of the city and surrounding islands from the top were absolutely worth the climb!

After some free time wandering the streets of Athens and an amazing lunch together, we headed back to the hotel to gather our things and kick off the next part of our adventure - catamaraning around the Saronic Gulf!

We met our skipper and chef, who had known each other for years but were finally getting the chance to work together for the first time. It was fun seeing how excited they were to finally team up. Once on board, our skipper gave us the rundown for the week ahead, explaining how we’d check the weather each day and decide our route and activities as a group depending on what we wanted to do and what Mother Nature had in store.

After stopping for a swim in a beautiful cove, we made our way to the port of Aegina, where we ended the night at a lovely restaurant recommended by our skipper. When he told us shoes were optional, that was all we needed to hear. We sat together as a family and relished the delicious Greek delicacies with toes in the sand and pink cotton candy sunset over the water as a backdrop. Life doesn't get any better!
